Spill Mats

A PVC spill mat refers to a spill mat made from PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) material. PVC is a synthetic plastic known for its durability, chemical resistance, and versatility, making it a popular choice for various applications, including spill containment.

A PVC spill mat is designed to contain and control spills of liquids, such as oils, chemicals, or other hazardous substances, similar to different types of spill mats. However, it explicitly utilises PVC as the primary material for its construction.

PVC spill mats are typically made from a solid PVC sheet or PVC-coated fabric impermeable to liquids. They resist many chemicals and can withstand contact with various substances without corroding or degrading. This makes PVC spill mats suitable for use in industrial environments, workshops, laboratories, or any setting where spills are a potential concern.

The PVC material used in spill mats is easy to clean and maintain, providing a long-lasting and reusable solution for spill containment. PVC spill mats may have raised edges or be designed as a tray or basin to capture and hold the spilt liquids. Some PVC spill mats also incorporate absorbent layers or pads to soak up the liquid, enhancing their spill management capabilities.
